Fourteen international buyers from Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the US and Canada will travel to Portugal from 17 to 19 November to meet Portuguese food and drink companies and explore new business opportunities.
The Buyers Week – Taste & Feel Portugal 2.0 will bring international buyers together with Portuguese SMEs from the agri-food sector in Castelo Branco and Évora, through a three-day programme of B2B meetings.
The initiative is organised by InovCluster – Association of the Agro-Industrial Cluster of the Centre and NERE – Business Association of the Alentejo Region, as part of the Taste & Feel Portugal 2.0 internationalisation project, which supports Portuguese agri-food companies in developing their presence in international markets.
The programme will start in Castelo Branco on 17 November, alongside the InovFood Summit 2026, before moving to Évora on 18 and 19 November. The meetings will give international buyers the opportunity to discover Portuguese companies and products and establish direct contacts with potential business partners.
The initiative is aimed at identifying potential suppliers, developing new partnerships and creating commercial opportunities for Portuguese SMEs, particularly in sectors including wine, olive oil, cheese and cured meats.
For Portuguese companies, the initiative provides an opportunity to present their products directly to international buyers and explore new export markets.
