In Portugal, the company established its Global Software Competence Centre in 2019, strengthening the Group’s presence in the country and assuming a strategic role in developing software and technological solutions.
The quality of Portuguese engineering and the ability to work in international teams were key factors in establishing Tridonic’s Global Software Competence Centre in Portugal. With a team of more than 100 professionals, the company has expanded its expertise to cover the end-to-end development of lighting management systems, combining software and electronics.
Today, the Portuguese operation contributes to the development of solutions used internationally by the Group’s brands and is involved throughout the entire process, from product definition to commercialisation.
