Critical Manufacturing was founded in Porto in 2009 by a group of professionals with extensive industrial experience, including members of the Critical Group and former Qimonda executives. Their aim was to develop a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) capable of managing highly complex manufacturing environments. Today, the company develops software that coordinates factory operations and ensures traceability, quality and efficiency in challenging production environments.

For Critical Manufacturing, internationalisation was not a lengthy process or a subsequent stage of growth. It was the starting point and has shaped the company's story from day one. Operating in sectors such as semiconductors, electronics and medical devices, the company serves global customers with factories worldwide.
