Sponsored by INESC TEC, the largest Research & Technology Organisation in Portugal and a leading European research institution in ICT, the IIVRP is more than a mobility scientific initiative: it is a strategic instrument for fostering international excellence, accelerating knowledge exchange, and building durable research partnerships beyond borders.
This edition features nearly 70 research topics spanning a broad range of scientific domains - from Artificial Intelligence to Bioengineering, Communications, Computer Science and Engineering, Photonics, Power and Energy Systems, Robotics, and Systems Engineering and Management - which may serve as a framework for research visits to INESC TEC.

- Senior researchers from universities and research-performing organisations outside Portugal (priority).
- Outstanding PhD and Master’s students.

- Read the Call Announcement text carefully and choose one research topic from the list.
- Gather all the mandatory documents.
- Fill out the application form by May 15, 2026.
