The Portuguese ICT sector has increasingly established itself as one of the main drivers of the national economy, with a strong export orientation, recognized technical talent, and a growing presence in Europe, particularly in the German market. This study aims to deliver an independent, data-driven analysis, contributing to a deeper understanding of the capabilities, opportunities, and challenges of Portugal’s tech ecosystem.
The Portugal ICT 2026 Market Survey invites companies and professionals in the sector to share their perspectives, helping to create a reference document that will support decision-makers, investors, and organizations interested in establishing or strengthening business relationships between Portugal and Germany.
According to Guilherme Ramos Pereira, Head of Strategic Business Development at 99x, “This study is a unique opportunity to give a voice to the Portuguese tech sector and position it clearly and credibly in front of Europe’s key decision-makers.”
