With more than 20 years of experience in high-precision mould making and injection moulding for the healthcare and MedTech sectors, both companies bring substantial expertise and advanced capabilities to the Group. The acquired businesses operate manufacturing facilities in both the United Kingdom and Singapore, and are now fully integrated into VANGEST.
This transaction represents a significant milestone in the Portuguese industrial landscape, marking the acquisition of one of the United Kingdom’s foremost MedTech specialists by a domestic leader.
It also follows VANGEST’s acquisition of TECNOMATRIX, a Spanish-based manufacturer of high-precision mould solutions, completed in 2024. By combining in-house expertise with best-in-class international specialists, VANGEST reinforces its position as the partner of choice for next-generation diagnostic devices, ophthalmic products, drug delivery systems, and other critical medical technologies.
