In just seven years, Porto Leading Investor Natixis has grown from a three-digit team to more than 2,500 employees, establishing itself as a true Centre of Excellence in the banking and technology sector.
Its establishment in Porto in 2017 was strategic, based on the quality of the local workforce, foreign language skills, proximity to France and a multicultural environment conducive to innovation.
Natixis' growth exceeded all initial expectations — the target of 600 employees in three years was quickly surpassed. Today, it employs professionals from 40 different nationalities, representing 20% of its workforce, which reinforces its role as an international talent hub within Groupe BPCE, one of the largest French banking groups.
