Casa Redondo, the family-owned Portuguese spirits company behind Licor Beirão and
Safari, has announced the acquisition of Sheridan’s, the iconic coffee-and-cream liqueur,
from Diageo.
Recognized worldwide for its distinctive dual-chamber bottle, Sheridan’s combines coffee
liqueur and cream in a format that has built a loyal following. The brand is currently
distributed in more than 50 markets, with a strong presence across Europe.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Casa Redondo’s international growth
strategy. With Sheridan’s, the company broadens its global reach and strengthens its
portfolio with a brand that enjoys widespread consumer recognition.
This deal also represents Casa Redondo’s second international brand acquisition in just
two years, underlining the group’s commitment to expand its premium portfolio and
reinforce its global footprint.
To support this growth, Casa Redondo will significantly reinforce its commercial, marketing
and logistics teams and capabilities, investing in new talent and resources to ensure a
seamless integration and sustained momentum for Sheridan’s in key international markets.
