ACE Development & Engineering, an engineering company with Dutch roots and a consolidated international presence, has officially opened its new office in Porto. Located at UPTEC – the city's main innovation and technology hub – this new space represents a strategic step in ACE's mission to offer high-quality engineering with a human touch.
The inauguration event was attended by the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Portugal, who officially opened the event. More than 60 representatives from Portuguese companies and institutions were present, highlighting the importance of ACE in the national technological and industrial ecosystem.
With seven offices spread across four European countries, ACE reinforces its ambition to be close to its clients and talent, promoting international collaboration and technical excellence.
The Porto office is more than just a geographical extension: it is a commitment to the Portuguese market. ACE Portugal is building a strong local team, combining experienced engineers returning from the Netherlands with national talent. This approach promotes knowledge transfer, talent retention and strengthens Portugal's role in international engineering projects.
