Unipartner has been selected by Tourism Ireland, through a European public tender, to lead a strategic digital transformation project based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys platform.
The project empowers Tourism Ireland’s transition to Real-Time Marketing (RTM) in Microsoft Dynamics 365, representing a strategic modernisation effort through a more agile, behaviour-driven platform designed to enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. It enables real-time consent management, personalised journeys, and advanced analytics, while ensuring compliance and continuity across all marketing operations.

This partnership reinforces Unipartner’s footprint in the Irish market and strengthens its role as a trusted technology partner, driving digital modernisation across public sector organisations globally.

The five-year contract includes the development of customised technological solutions and the provision of ongoing platform support through Application Management Services (AMS).
