According to The Portugal News, Microsoft occupies first place in the top most attractive companies to work for in Portugal, according to Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024.
The podium is shared with OGMA- Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal and Delta Cafés, in second and third positions, respectively.
The top 10 of the most attractive companies are Hovione, Nestlé, Bosch, RTP, Hotéis Real, ANA- Aeroportos de Portugal, and Banco de Portugal (BdP).
Regarding sectors, the health sector stands out as the most attractive to work in, followed by the tourism, sport and entertainment, aviation, and industry sectors.
“We believe that this is a very important analysis, as it reflects the attractiveness of a company as an employer brand. Furthermore, at a time when there is so much talk about talent shortages, knowing what is most valued by professionals in an employment decision is crucial to being able to build an attraction and retention strategy”, said Raul Neto, CEO of Randstad Portugal, quoted in a statement.
