GuestReady, the leading short-term rental management company in Portugal, has announced it is opening a new customer support centre in Porto, Portugal. The centre will support all global operations of GuestReady, a company that manages over 4,500 properties in seven countries and which received almost half a million guests in 2022, generating over $90 million for property owners.
Despite recent local restrictions on short-term rentals, GuestReady maintains that its investment in Portugal is strategic because its Portuguese team, being the largest and most experienced among GuestReady's current markets, will lead the training process. 20 new positions will be created for the new project, which will have a total of 50 international professionals providing multilingual support, via email and phone, to guests and property owners in all seven countries where GuestReady operates.
