This past September, Webhelp, a leading global provider of customer experience (CX) and business solutions, has officially cut the inauguration ribbon in 2 new offices. A flagship HQ in Lisbon, with 6.500sq meters that will host up to 800+ Webhelpers from 71 nationalities and a second office in Braga, which will add another 400 positions to the northern team’s projects.

The Lisbon event had in attendance the Secretary of State for Tourism, Commerce and Services, Rita Marques, that mentioned “we thank you for the trust in our country and the commitment you took here. The country has been evolving a lot in the last few years and we believe that, in this moment, we have a competitive advantage when compared to other countries, in technology, infrastructures, security, among others”. Olivier Duha, Webhelp co-Founder and CEO added a congratulatory mention to the Webhelp team in Portugal for the job done so far and refers that it’s part of the continued growth of the Group “now in more than 50 countries, with +200 offices, from the US and South America to Asia”.


The Braga event saw the Mayor of Braga, Ricardo Rio, mention that “Webhelp is undoubtedly an example of a huge success case in the national and regional context in terms of economic development. In just 4 years, it’s one of the biggest companies in the region”. It was complemented Webhelp’s Regional Director, Benoist Voidie’s words: “this inauguration is the result of two year of strong growth of Webhelp in Portugal. We are still one of the best destinations worldwide to implement a multilingual contact center, particularly in the northern region.


Both offices are already fully operational with dozens of projects and many Webhelpers.
