In June 2018, Sodexo launched its SoOne project to enhance operational efficiency. The purpose of this project was to set up a new Sodexo Finance Services Center in Porto to transform and centralize finance, legal and IT activities, bringing process standardization, harmonizing technology and implementing new tools.
The project has improved efficiency, enhanced performance, reduced costs and made Sodexo more competitive. On March 19, the project was awarded the “Digital Finance Project of the Year” and “Most Ambitious Project” by Digital Finance Awards, recognizing our success in making the finance function more agile, flexible and effective.
