As part of the preparation, the Bank is undertaking inclusive and transparent consultations with all stakeholder groups, including governments, the private sector, civil society, and representatives of vulnerable communities.
The first phase of the consultation process, which runs through February 15, 2010, is based on the Environment Strategy Concept Note.
