b) Innovation character of the proposed plans
c) Project's contribution to enhance Human Resources
d) Capacity of entry into external markets
e) A clear internacionalization strategy
f) A clear and focused direction in critical areas of innovation and entrepreneurial development; such as economics, management, marketing, engineering, science
and biothecnology, technologies, communication and design;
g) Entity’s availability to integrate the trainees after their training period, if goals have been achieved
h) Previous contribution in the Inov Contacto project and its output throughout the various editions
