Foreign entities interested in hosting INOV Contact trainees must meet certain requirements: Plan, Support e Commitment.
Develop an internship plan to take place both in Portugal (when applicable) and abroad.
Appoint an internship supervisor, to assure effective monitoring and guarantee the correct execution of the proposed internship plan;
Provide a job station and all other needs, to ensure working conditions in order to achieve the best performance of the assigned duties;
Ensure that the internship will be continuous and uninterrupted.
Ensure that the internship will take place in the company’s facilities, either in Portugal or abroad.
Ensure/support an housing solution whenever the intern needs to move more than 50km from his/her area of residence, if the option to host a period of the internship in Portugal, is taken;
Support all costs related to business travel during the internship abroad. When such travel will include a different country, make sure to ask for previous agreement from the coordinating team of INOV Contacto, so that the insurance policies can be activated in due time. In the latter case, the Host Entity shall also provide all visa and other necessary and related arrangements;
Provide the necessary support to address any additional and / or unpredictable situation
Inform AICEP two months in advance, whenever there is, on the part of the host entity, the possibility of an interruption of the internship, in particular due to closure during the holiday period.
Inform AICEP of any change to the proposed and accepted internship plan or if there is any impossibility of conducting the internship.
Submit evaluation reports on the intern’s performance and compliance with the internship plan (midterm and final) within the deadlines set out by AICEP.
