
In 2007, Cisco decided to locate its European Support Center and internal sales support of the Company in Portugal, through the Hércules project.
The linguistic capabilities, innovation and profissionalism, ande the hospitality of the Portuguese people were factors which led teh company to choose Portugal over countries like Ireland and The Netherlands.
Today, Hércules is a successful project., supporting around 700 account managers in more than 18 European countries.
