COURO AZUL, S.A. is part of the “CARVALHOS Group” – which operates in the Tanning Industry since 1939 – and is supplying the main OEM’s and first-tier suppliers on the Automotive Sector.
More recently Couro Azul developed two new leather products: Airlys for aircraft interiors and Trainlys for train interiors.
The company employees a team of specialist technicians, as well as a Lab for R&D, that allows it to present innovative leathers – such as Oak Leather range (chrome-free, ecologic leathers) for seat covers, steering-wheels, gear levers, handbrake gaiters, door casings and consoles.
COURO AZUL has also implemented a quality system in accordance with ISO/TS 16949, EAQF/94, VDA 6.1 and ÖKO-TEX Standard 100.
The company has a commercial and assistance network in the main European Countries as well as in the USA, South Africa and China.
